A BIG thank you to everyone that got their clothes off in the middle of winter to help us kick the winter blues by jumping into Gippsland Lakes.Forty people leapt into the freezing cold water with many squeals and some curse words; many surprised us by staying in the water, trying to challenge themselves after hearing what Jeanette Severs had to say about the benefits of cold water swimming. -
