Trev & Sophie Stammers — Neerim East

From Beef to Beautiful Jerseys

Trev Stammers made a bold leap of faith in 2022, transitioning his family farm from beef cattle to dairy in just under 12 months. Driven by a desire for a sustainable family future and inspired by the enduring memory of his late father, Trev built a brand-new dairy from the ground up. Backed by his wife Sophie and his mother, Trev’s story is a beautiful narrative of resilience and deep-rooted family strength. Today, their happy "golden girls" live the high life, grazing on top-notch grass in the rolling hills of Neerim East.

Luke & Mel Wallace — Poowong North

Three Generations of Passion and Innovation

At Wallacedale Jerseys in Poowong North, Luke and Mel Wallace run a picturesque third-generation farm that blends deep tradition with cutting-edge technology. Renowned as Master Breeders, the Wallaces are absolute sticklers for cow comfort. In fact, they were recognized in the top 5% of Australian producers for their exceptional milk quality! To give their 170 registered Jersey cows a more relaxed lifestyle, they recently upgraded to automatic robotic milkers—allowing the herd to be milked whenever they please.

  • Why Jersey? As passionate genetic enthusiasts, Luke and Mel love breeding high-fat, high-quality milk from cows that are relaxed and light on the environment.

Kev & Siahn Le Brocq — Neerim East.

Keeping History Alive for the Next Generation.

Kev and Siahn Le Brocq farm in Neerim East, where they’re raising their four children and continuing a proud family legacy of dairy farming.

The family’s connection to Jerseys stretches back generations. Siahn’s great-grandmother milked a stud herd of Jersey cows by hand on the family’s Ferndale property in Jindivick, passing down a love of the breed that continues today.

Farming some of Gippsland’s steepest hills isn’t always easy, but for the Le Brocqs, there’s nowhere else they’d rather be. Every calf they rear and every litre of milk they produce is part of building a legacy for the next generation while honouring those who came before them.

Helena Brown & Steve Ronalds — Jindivick

The Heartbeat of the Brand

If Steve’s name sounds familiar, that’s because he is the co-founder of Gippsland Jersey! While Steve pours his energy into growing the premium milk brand and sharing it with the world, the stunning home-base farm—set in the lush, green hills of Jindivick—is managed by Helena Brown.

 Helena stepped in to take the reins of the daily dairy operations, allowing Steve to focus on the business while ensuring the farm itself continues to thrive.

She is deeply passionate about the Jersey breed—valuing them as efficient, gentle, and the secret behind the creamiest milk imaginable. Whether she is overseeing the welfare of the cows or welcoming the community to the property for their famous hay shed barn dances, Helena’s hard work keeps the heart of the farm beating strong.

Ainsley & Mick Seuren — Lang Lang

Hard Work, Family Values, and High-Tech Farming

Down in Lang Lang, Ainsley and Mick Seuren are the definition of modern, hardworking Aussie dairy farmers. Balancing the energetic lifestyle of raising great kids with managing a busy property, the Seurens put animal welfare and land stewardship at the forefront of everything they do. Their farm features a state-of-the-art 48-unit rotary dairy, allowing them to blend top-tier efficiency with personalized, gentle care for every single cow in their herd.
