This premium selection of hard and semi-hard Italian-style cheeses from Gippsland Jersey is crafted using the highest quality Jersery milk, sourced right here in Gippsland.

Ingredients: 100% Pure Gippsland Jersey Milk, Salt, Cultures, Non-Animal Rennet (Herbs added for Herb-Rolled version).

Sourcing: Freshly collected from local Gippsland dairy farms.

Production: A fresh Pecorino-style cheese handcrafted in small batches using pure Jersey milk. Available classic or rolled in a delicious mixed herb blend.
