Gippsland Jersey's pure Cultured Sour Cream (often referred to as Creme Fraiche) has no gelatines or any additives. Just pure cream and cultures. It is smooth and thick in texture, yellowish in colour and the taste is superior compared to any other product on the market. Its delicious - velvety in consistency and because of its high jersey butterfat and its not sour or sweet in taste. A perfect additive to many meals and recipes.
