This isn't your average supermarket block. Our salted butter is traditionally crafted from 100% fresh Jersey cream and live cultures, built on the legendary, award-winning recipe handed down to us by Australia’s "Queen of Butter," Naomi Ingleton.
We naturally culture the cream before churning to bring out a deeply rich, complex flavor, then finish it with a touch of premium, lake-harvested dried pink salt from Western Victoria. With zero added water or artificial lactic flavorings, it is pure, unadulterated golden goodness.
