Gippsland Jersey's Pouring Jersey Cream is a true delight for anyone who loves rich and creamy dairy products. Our 100% Jersey cream is made without any thickening agents and contains 35% to 45% milk fat depending on the season, giving it a beautiful yellow color and a sweet, rich flavor. You may even notice a cream crust, which is a result of the increased fat content of the Jersey milk.

Best of all, there are no rules on how to use this cream. You can pour it over sweet puddings or spoon it into savoury soups. It can be lightly whipped and eaten with fresh fruit, you can even have it in your coffee!
