Gippsland Jersey Golden Ghee - 300ml

Handmade from our own cultured butter, carefully removing milk solids and lactose, resulting in this super pure golden ghee with incredible flavour. It has a long shelf life - up to a year (if you don't eat it before then!). Because it's cooked low and slow it retains a lot of its nutrients like Vitamin E, Vitamin A, antioxidants and other organic compounds, which are often lost at higher cooking temperatures. Try it with steaks, stews, curries or as an alternative to butter/ cooking oils.
