Gippsland Jersey Country Hoe-Down on the dairy farm.

Gippsland Jersey invites you to the farm for a dusk hoe-down, set against the backdrop of rolling green hills and Jersey cows. This is a family-friendly event celebrating wholesome country fun!

In Collaboration with Melbourne Food and Wine Festival and Baw Baw Shire we present the following ...

On the menu:

- Juicy sausages from Country Style Meats, served with St Fiacre’s Farm sauces and chutneys

- Cheese and sourdough rolls slathered in Gippsland Jersey cultured butter

*Vegetarian option available 

 

Drinks:

- unlimited Gippsland Jersey milkshakes in all flavours, served by the farmers themselves

- Wine from Krooked Row Winery, craft beer by Five Acres Brewing Co., and gin from Wild Dog Distillery

 Plus:

- A butcher stall with jerky and cabana

- Fresh juicy local apples 

- Vanilla Slice - made with jersey milk & cream of course

- Jersey cows to meet up close

- A dance caller to lead the fun

- Hay bales, a cozy bonfire, and all the fresh country air you can breathe
