This is sour cream exactly as it should be—made from nothing but pure Jersey cream and traditional cultures. Because we use high-butterfat Jersey milk, it boasts a gorgeous natural yellow hue and a perfectly balanced flavor profile that is neither too sharp nor too sweet.
With its incredibly thick, velvety texture, it functions beautifully as a premium Crème Fraîche. It holds up perfectly under heat without splitting, making it an exceptional addition to your favorite hot sauces, baking, or dolloped over a meal.
