RECIPE// Burnt Butter Sauce by Tyson from "I Like Too Much"

This amazing, simple burnt butter sauce will be your new go to! Tyson from @iliketoomuch shared this with us at an event recently and we just had to share with you - use it just as it is with your favourite pasta, as a finishing sauce over roast vegetables or chicken, the options are endless! Serves two people 125g

Gippsland Jersey Salted Butter 

1 lemon juice

Half a bunch of chopped sage


Heat butter in pan until you can see a slight change in colour (brown)

the butter will start to form a slow foam. When this happens you are

ready to add your lemon juice, this stops the burning process and

preserves the nutty flavour of the butter. Straight away you can add

you sage or any other herb you like. This sauce can be adapted to

any seafood, meat and pasta.
