Crafted from our premium cultured butter, our ghee is cooked "low and slow" to gently separate the pure butter fat from the water, milk solids and lactose.

• Naturally Lactose-Free: With milk solids completely clarified out, it is gentle on sensitive tummies.

• High Smoke Point: Perfect for high-heat cooking (up to 250°C / 480°F). It won’t burn or smoke like normal butter, making it incredible for searing steaks, frying, curries, and stews.
